We are committed to making industry-wide improvements in merchant payment processing to help you realize improved returns for your business.

We've helped develop and sponsor merchant-driven trade organizations that bring about advancements related to security, fraud and alternative payments that benefit both you and your customers.

In Canada, we participated in the public consultations with respect to the draft Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry. We continue to support all the elements of the Code on an ongoing basis.

Our History
Chase Paymentech began operations in Canada in 2002 with the purchase of Scotiabank's merchant acquiring point-of-sale portfolio, and shortly thereafter Citibank's portfolio. We are the single source for Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Interac Direct Payment processing.

Since 1985, Chase Paymentech has led the way in payment processing services. During this time, we've built a strong reputation in the payment processing industry and offer a solid foundation for you to use payments to establish, grow or transform your business.

We draw from our experience to offer you the very best payment processing services today — our secure, reliable state-of-the-art card processing systems, our fast POS processing, our premier payment gateway, and our innovative mobile solution so you can take your business to your customers - and much more.
