When it comes to activating your account, you want to get set up quickly so you can begin accepting payments as soon as possible. After we receive your application, it generally takes 10 days to two weeks to activate your account and get you any training you may need.

Online Merchants
If you are already a customer, all you need to start accepting payments online is a separate merchant number – just contact our support team and we'll get you started accepting credit and debit cards quickly and easily.

Payment Terminals and Hardware
We currently do not support merchant-owned equipment. If you need help to determine what equipment you will need to start accepting credit and debit cards, contact our support team.
Online Reporting
As a Chase Paymentech merchant, you’ll be able to access your account online. Our online tools allow you to view your account information related to funding, transactions, chargebacks, deposits and other statement information.
Resource Online (ROL) is our online reporting tool that gives you access to both separate and consolidated views of your payment processing activity online. Signing up for ROL give you access to estatements – a great tool to manage your account.
Receiving Your Funds
Chase Paymentech will remit funds due for the payment cards you accept with us to the business bank account you designate with us.
Note that when or if you establish a service agreement with American Express®, JCB or Discover®, these issuers will separately obtain your banking information and pay funds associated with their card transactions to your designated bank account.
